The Homestead is ideal venue to hire for wedding ceremonies, receptions and private functions or parties for up to 80 guests for a formal seated dinner and 120 for a standing cocktail function. We also hold Corporate functions, meetings and team building days.

Whole house and grounds for half day (5pm – 10pm) – $1,600 +GST
Upstairs rooms only for full day (3pm-12am) – $1,500 +GST
Upstairs rooms only for half day (5pm – 10pm) $1,200 +GST

Included in 2019 venue hire price:
- All indoor tables and chairs
- Red Herring Catering will sit and discuss your ideas and create a menu to suit your function and budget.
- Consultations and tasting.
- Cake table and knife for cutting the cake.
- Note that we include the cost of the cleaning in the venue hire, however if there is a substantial amount of cleaning afterword’s there will be a charge of $150.00
