Do you need a corporate conference venue for a meeting?
Gear Homestead offers a tranquil Porirua corporate conference venue for teams or for when you need a change in scenery. We have a number of meeting rooms available for teams of between 12 and 130 that need an environment outside of the usual corporate venues. We can also arrange corporate catering and additional services on request.
Both our conference room options offer:
- Free Fast WiFi
- Ample onsite parking for cars and buses
- Disabled access
- Large windows providing natural light and views of our gardens and Porirua Harbour
- Whiteboard, flip chart and projector are available for hire upon request
- Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea supplied by red herring catering, quotes on request
Our large conference room is available to hire for a minimum of 4 hours size of room ( 12.5 meters x 6 meters)
- This will hold 80 people at table setting, maximum of 100 seated, standing 130
Our small conference room is hired for a minimum of 2 hours
size of room (4.5 meters x 5 meters)
- This will hold up to 12 persons working from tables
